When you are living a very busy college lifestyle it can be difficult to prioritize the environment. Recyling is very important but you can also make a huge impact by picking the sustainable options when it comes to personal products you use daily. The best part is there’s a ecofriendly option for almost EVERYTHING and a lot of these items are actually less expensive. I have found so many amazing green products that I incorporate into my daily life that I wanted to share. Attached below are some of my favorites:)
1. Ecotools Bioblender:
This is the first biodegradable beauty blender to be created and it works just as well as any other beauty blender on the market. This is what I use for my everyday makeup and I highly recommend.
2. Ecotools Brush Set:
Sometimes the smallest things can make a difference. Ecotools has make up brushes that all use the same base but have interchangeable brush heads. This helps alleviate waste by only having one base. Also this is great for travel and keeping things compact. It has a great packaging that keeps it all organized as well.
3. Ecotools Dissolvable Cleansing Sheets:
When I bought these I did not believe they would actually work. Cleaning make up brushes is essential and this is my all time favorite way to do it. By placing the sheet in the tin container you are able to clean your brush efficiently. By the time you are done using the sheet it dissolves and you can rinse the excess water out. This helps alleviate waste by not having wipes that can be thrown out.
4. Casetify Compostable Phone Case:
I have been using my Casetify compostable phone case for months now and I love it! It protects your phone really well and has so many color options! You can also customize the case with your name or anything you want on it.
5. Casetify Compostable AirPods Case:
Having a durable case for my AirPods is essential because it is always being dropped. I got the Casetify compostable AirPods case and I absolutely love it. It also comes in so many different colors and can be customized. By switching to a compostable case I won’t feel guilty replacing it regularly.
6. Human Kind Cotton Swabs (Q-Tips):
These Q-tips are actually amazing. They are made from bamboo and cotton and are proven 100% biodegradable without using single use plastic. Each container comes with 225 swabs. This is such a small and easy change to incorporate into your life!
7. Grin Floss Picks:
These dental floss picks are biodegradable and come with 45 pieces. Again this is such a simple change to incorporate into your every day life. It’s literally switching brands.
8. Bamboo Toothbrush:
Switching to a bamboo toothbrush was something that I was hesitant about. It helps alleviate plastic waste and is also inexpensive. They are even available on Amazon prime which is huge! The link I attached below comes with 10 toothbrushes for only $7 which actually ends up saving you money in the long run.
9. Biodegradable Hair Brush:
Since I have curly hair I have to buy hair brushes pretty often because they are always breaking. These biodegradable hair brushes are inexpensive and also on Amazon prime. They are biodegradable unlike the typical plastic hair brushes we all use.

This design is steller! You definitely know how to keep
a reader entertained. Between your wit and your videos, I was almost moved
to start my own blog (well, almost…HaHa!) Great job. I
really loved what you had to say, and more than that,
how you presented it. Too cool!

First of all I would like to say excellent blog!
I had a quick question that I’d like to ask if you don’t mind.
I was interested to know how you center yourself and clear your head prior to
writing. I’ve had a difficult time clearing my mind in getting my thoughts out.
I truly do take pleasure in writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes tend to be wasted simply just trying to figure out how to
begin. Any ideas or tips? Appreciate it!
